These are recent paintings in acrylic on wooden panels.

One of my favourites moments in every year is the Classic Boat Festival. This year I painted the little steamboats docked in front of the Empress Hotel. 12 x 16 inches, $850.

 

 

Arbutus trees are one of my favourite subjects. Here is a grove on the south shore of Saturna Island.

This watercolour shows McNeil Bay and Trial Island on the south edge of Oak Bay. 14 x 18", $850.

 

 

 

This painting of the Maritime Museum in Victoria's Bastion Square was created for the B. C. Heritage Foundation poster this year. Posters are available, but the painting has been sold.

 

 

 

Oak Bay Village has a charming row of shops. 12 x 24", $1300.

 

 

Cook Street Fish and Chips is no longer, but this painting commemorates a meal in that inexpensive and well-loved diner. acrylic, 18 x 24", $1400.
